My father

今週のお題「おとうさん」

13 years already passed since my father died in 2015.

In my childhood, he kept a small watch store.
After that, he became to a company employee, because of change in times.
But he wasn't good at human relations, so it was painful for him.

However, he did his best, so I am here and fine now.

I say thank you everyday in front of our family Buddhist altar.

My father loved pickled shallots called ' rakkyo no amazuzuke'.

父が2005年に他界してから早13年も経ってしまいました。

私が幼少の頃、父は時計職人として小さな時計店を営んでいました。時代の変化により、その後はサラリーマンへ転身しましたが、人間関係が苦手だった父にとって会社勤めは苦痛なことでした。

でも頑張ってくれたおかげで今ここに私がいます。

私は、仏壇の前で毎日ありがとうと言っています。

父は、らっきょう漬けが大好きでした。
