Choco-Menthe
The proposal “ topic of this week “ is kind for me who write to learn a diary in English.
When I went to a class for making French sweets before, I learned and made this cake called “Chocolate-Menthe“.
It is composed of following.The bottom is chocolate cake, the middle is a layer of chocolate mousse and mint bavarois on it, the top is cocoa.
This cake is very very tasty.
I like to eat chocolate sweets in winter, but also it is good to eat in summer this cake because mint is so refreshing.
I want to eat it again.
However, I don't have willpower to make it.

以前、お菓子教室に通っていた時に習って作った “ショコ・マントゥ”というお菓子です。
底はチョコレートスポンジケーキ、その上がチョコレートのムースとミントのババロアが層になって、いちばん上はココアで構成されている生菓子。
これ、とっても美味しいんです。チョコレート菓子って冬に食べたいお菓子ですが、これは、ミントの爽やかさが夏に合います。
あ〜また食べたい。でももう作る気力がありませぬ。
