Japanese plum liquor

Plum liquor comes to be very tasty when it is kept for a year.
Recently I drink plum liquor I prepared last year, and I think it's the tastiest plum liquor I have ever made. There is no way that it isn't delicious because I ordered plum from Wakayama prefecture. Of course I ordered same plum this year.
I will be able to drink plum juice soon because almost sugar has dissolved. I enjoy shaking and observing that bottle. It's my pleasure recently.
I am going to drink plum juice with soda in hot summer and I hope to keep our health good condition.
I want to drink it sooooon.
5月15日に梅酒と梅ジュースを仕込んだ時の写真です。
梅酒は、一年寝かすとかなり美味しくなりますね。今、去年仕込んだ梅酒を飲んでいるのだけど、これが私が今まで作った中で一番じゃないかってくらい美味しくできたんです。紀州の梅を取り寄せましたからね〜美味しくないわけがない。もちろん今年も同じ梅を取り寄せましましたよ。
梅ジュースは砂糖がだいぶ溶けてきて、もうすぐ飲めそう。毎日瓶を振って観察するのが最近の楽しみです。暑い夏にこれを炭酸で割って元気に乗り越えようと思っています。
早く飲みたいな〜。
