What natural features are in your country?

This is my story from a topic of the culture center English lesson.

In archipelago, desert, island, mountain, rainforest, river, coast, glacier, lake, ocean, reef, there are nature features in Japan except glacier.

At first, I thought Mt. Fuji.

I have climbed to the top of Mt. Fuji about 20 years ago.

A member was 3 person, my friend, her mother and me.

 We wanted to pray to the rising sun from the top of the mountain because it was a chance, so we started to climb from the mountain's fifth at 4.p.m. We made a schedule "we climb to the mountain's eighth before 8 p.m. , and start to climb again to pray to the rising sun from the top of the mountain after we take a nap"

But it didn't go on schedule. We prayed to the rising sun from halfway up the mountain finally, but there was the divine beauty sunshine and we were impressed.

カルチャーセンターでのお題のひとつからのわたしの話です。

archipelago, desert, island, mountain, rainforest, river, coast, glacier, lake, ocean, reef, volcano の中では、日本には氷河以外全部ありますね。

まず私が思いついたのは、やはり富士山です。

20年ほど前に頂上まで登った事があります。メンバーは、友人と彼女のお母様と私の３人。

せっかくだから御来光を拝みたいということで、夕方4時に五合目を出発。八合目の山小屋に8時までに到着し、仮眠して早朝再出発し頂上でご来光を拝む、というスケジュールを組んでいました。

けれど、予定通りにはいかないものです。結局、御来光は山腹で迎えましたが、それでも充分に美しく神々しい光で感動的でした。
